What exactly does AEOCheck measure?
We run eight real buyer-intent searches for your service and city (for example "who is the best roofer in Phoenix, AZ") across AI answer engines (ChatGPT/OpenAI, Perplexity, Google Gemini) and Google organic search. For the AI engines we record whether your business is named in the answer and whether your website is cited as a source, and who gets recommended instead. For Google we record where you rank and who ranks above you. We also run an on-page audit of your website. Everything in your report comes from those measurements — nothing is invented.
What do I get for the price?
One report covering the lenses you pick (AI answer engines, Google search, or both). Each lens gets a plain-English standing with the real numbers, the reason behind it, and five specific fixes ordered by impact. Every report also includes an on-page audit, two copy-paste starter files keyed to your business (an llms.txt and a FAQ schema skeleton), and a reviews quick-win. Flat $25, no subscription.
How long does a report take?
Usually a few minutes per lens — the tool makes a lot of real queries on your behalf. You can close the page; the finished report is emailed to you with a permanent link either way.
Why might my score change if I run it again?
AI answers and search rankings genuinely vary — by day, by phrasing, and by the engines' own updates. Your score is a measured snapshot of a sample of real searches, not a fixed rating. That's also why the fixes matter more than the number: they target the underlying reasons you do or don't get named.
Do you guarantee my rankings will improve?
No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. We measure how the engines respond today and hand you the specific, do-able changes that are most likely to move you up. What we claim is only what we measured.
What if my report fails to generate after I pay?
Your purchase is logged the moment payment clears — before the run starts. If a run fails, we run it by hand and email your report. If anything looks wrong, reply to your Stripe receipt and we'll sort it.
What is AEO?
Answer Engine Optimization — being findable and recommendable when customers ask AI engines, not just when they search Google. AEOCheck covers both: the AI lens (sometimes called GEO) and the classic Google organic lens (SEO).
